This is my 14 year old Irish Red Setter. Her name is Cleo. I got her from a dog sanctury in Co. Wicklow, Ireland 12 years ago. She was on the vets table ready to be put to sleep but she licked the vets face and he could not bring himself to put down such a wonderful dog. I came along to the shelter two weeks later and we choose each other out of several other dogs at the sanctuary. She has brought myself and my wife great joy over the past ten years. She has travelled over 100.000 miles with us on our travels around the British Isles! I took these photos with my Motorola V635 in Battersea Park. |
